If you would like to return an item to SPC Sports, please follow these steps:
- Please email sales@spcsports.com stating the reason for your return within 48 hours of receipt
- If your return has been approved you will receive a unique RA (Return Authorization Number) Please note if you try to return your package without an RA # it will be refused and sent back to you.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose a copy of your original sales receipt with a note detailing what you are returning and why. Be sure to keep the original sales receipt for your records.
- All products must be returned in the Original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or UPS only with signature proof of delivery for your return. Ship the return package to:

We do not accept returns on bats, any exchange or return for warranty or non-warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
All Other ProductsWe do not accept returns on any items that have been used or removed from manufacturer boxes, packages or plastic wrapping. Or apparel that has had the tags removed.
